Abstract
1. Способ изготовления высокоизносостойкого алмазного инструмента, включающий формирование брикета из алмазосодержащей шихты и пропитку брикета пропиточным материалом, отличающийся тем, что в состав шихты вводят легирующие металлические порошки, которые при пропитке образуют с пропиточным материалом адгезионно-активные сплавы по отношению к алмазному порошку, при этом легирующие металлические порошки берут зернистостью 4-20 мкм.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве легирующих металлических порошков зернистостью 4-20 мкм в шихту вводят порошки из группы: железо, хром, марганец, кремний по одному, либо в виде смеси или сплавов.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве пропиточного материала берут медь или сплавы на основе меди, или сплавы никеля с температурой плавления не выше 1250°C.4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что на легирующие металлические порошки наносят покрытие, в качестве которого берут основной компонент пропиточного материала.5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что на легирующие металлические порошки наносят медь или никель.1. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that copper or nickel is applied to the alloying metal powders.
