Abstract
Устройство для подачи сжиженного газа в ДВС, которое содержит емкость для хранения газа, соединенную с насосом, выход которого подключен с помощью магистрали подачи газа к впускному коллектору двигателя через топливную рамку и форсунки, отличающееся тем, что топливная рамка представляет собой корпус, в котором выполнен горизонтальный сквозной канал, сообщенный с магистралью подачи газа через электроклапан на входе и обратный клапан на выходе, при этом форсунки установлены на корпусе рамки, в которых канал подачи газа выполнен в нижней их части перед дозирующей иглой и связан с горизонтальным каналом корпуса рамки, при этом устройство дополнительно снабжено системой сбора остатков газа из топливной рамки после остановки двигателя, которая содержит ресивер, вход которого через клапан сброса давления в ресивер связан с каналом подачи газа топливной рамки, а выход через клапан сброса давления из ресивера - с впускным коллектором двигателя.A device for supplying liquefied gas to an internal combustion engine, which contains a gas storage tank connected to a pump, the output of which is connected via a gas supply line to the engine intake manifold through a fuel frame and nozzles, characterized in that the fuel frame is a housing in which a horizontal through channel in communication with the gas supply line through an electrovalve at the inlet and a check valve at the outlet, while nozzles are mounted on the frame body, in which the gas supply channel is made in the lower and parts in front of the metering needle and connected to the horizontal channel of the frame body, while the device is additionally equipped with a system for collecting gas residues from the fuel frame after stopping the engine, which contains a receiver, the input of which through the pressure relief valve into the receiver is connected to the gas supply channel of the fuel frame, and the output through the pressure relief valve from the receiver - with the intake manifold of the engine.
