Abstract
1. Оптосенсорное устройство, содержащее- подложку (102, 202, 302, 402),- первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106), соединенный с подложкой (102, 202, 302, 402), причемпервый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) выполнен с возможностью отражения первой части падающего света, соответствующей первому спектру отражения, аизменение первого диапазона длин волн первого спектра отражения происходит в ответ на изменения в первом измеряемом параметре, и- второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107), соединенный с подложкой (102, 202, 302, 402), причемвторой фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) выполнен с возможностью отражения второй части падающего света, соответствующей второму спектру отражения, причемизменение второго диапазона длин волн второго спектра отражения происходит в ответ на изменения второго измеряемого параметра, причем- первый спектр отражения и второй спектр отражения различны.2. Оптосенсорное устройство по п. 1, в которомпервый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) имеет первую структуру, выполненную из первого материала с первым показателем преломления и второго материала со вторым показателем преломления, авторой фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) имеет вторую структуру, выполненную из первого материала и второго материала, причемпервая структура и вторая структура различны.3. Claims (15)
1. Оптосенсорное устройство, содержащее
- подложку (102, 202, 302, 402),
- первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106), соединенный с подложкой (102, 202, 302, 402), причем
первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) выполнен с возможностью отражения первой части падающего света, соответствующей первому спектру отражения, а
изменение первого диапазона длин волн первого спектра отражения происходит в ответ на изменения в первом измеряемом параметре, и
- второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107), соединенный с подложкой (102, 202, 302, 402), причем
второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) выполнен с возможностью отражения второй части падающего света, соответствующей второму спектру отражения, причем
изменение второго диапазона длин волн второго спектра отражения происходит в ответ на изменения второго измеряемого параметра, причем
- первый спектр отражения и второй спектр отражения различны.
2. Оптосенсорное устройство по п. 1, в котором
первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) имеет первую структуру, выполненную из первого материала с первым показателем преломления и второго материала со вторым показателем преломления, а
второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) имеет вторую структуру, выполненную из первого материала и второго материала, причем
первая структура и вторая структура различны.
3. Оптосенсорное устройство по п. 1, в котором
первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) имеет первую структуру, выполненную из двух или большего количества материалов, имеющих два или большее количество различных показателя преломления, а
второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) имеет вторую структуру, выполненную из по меньшей мере одного материала, отличного от указанных двух или большего количества материалов первой структуры.
4. Оптосенсорное устройство по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором
первый измеряемый параметр представляет собой один из параметров из числа температуры, давления, ускорения и вибрации.
5. Оптосенсорное устройство по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором
первый измеряемый параметр отличен от второго измеряемого параметра.
6. Оптосенсорное устройство по п. 1, в котором
первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) соединен с первым участком (104) подложки (102, 202, 302, 402), а
второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) соединен со вторым участком (105) подложки (102, 202, 302, 402), причем
первый участок (104) отличен от второго участка (105).
7. Оптосенсорное устройство по п. 1, в котором
падающий свет направлен, по существу, одновременно к первому фотонно-кристаллическому датчику (106) и ко второму фотонно-кристаллическому датчику (107) посредством оптического волокна (110, 210, 310, 410, 506), причем
подложка (102, 202, 302, 402) присоединена к концу оптического волокна (110, 210, 310, 410, 506).
8. Способ, включающий
- направление света к первому концу оптического волокна,
- регистрацию света, отраженного по меньшей мере одним датчиком из числа первого фотонно-кристаллического датчика (106), соединенного со вторым концом оптического волокна, и второго фотонно-кристаллического датчика (107), соединенного со вторым концом оптического волокна, причем
первый фотонно-кристаллический датчик (106) демонстрирует первый спектр отражения, изменение которого происходит в соответствии с первым измеряемым параметром, а
второй фотонно-кристаллический датчик (107) демонстрирует второй спектр отражения, изменение которого происходит в соответствии со вторым измеряемым параметром, и
- определение на основании зарегистрированного света значения параметра для по меньшей мере одного параметра из числа первого измеряемого параметра и второго измеряемого параметра.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором
свет, направленный в оптическое волокно (110, 210, 310, 410, 506), имеет диапазон длин волн, содержащий первый диапазон длин волн, соответствующий первому спектру отражения, и второй диапазон длин волн, соответствующий второму спектру отражения.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 8 или 9, в котором
первый измеряемый параметр и второй измеряемый параметр представляют собой один и тот же параметр, причем
значение указанного параметра определяют на основании света, отраженного первым фотонно-кристаллическим датчиком (106), и на основании света, отраженного вторым фотонно-кристаллическим датчиком (107).
11. Способ по любому из пп. 8 или 9, в котором
первый спектр отражения первого фотонно-кристаллического датчика (106) не претерпевает значительного изменения в ответ на изменения во втором измеряемом параметре.
12. Способ по п. 8, в котором
первый спектр отражения первого фотонно-кристаллического датчика (106) изменяется в ответ на изменения во втором измеряемом параметре, причем
определение значения параметра включает в себя использование света, отраженного первым фотонно-кристаллическим датчиком (106), и света, отраженного вторым фотонно-кристаллическим датчиком (107), для определения значения, соответствующего первому измеряемому параметру.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 8 или 9, в котором
первый спектр отражения первого фотонно-кристаллического датчика (106) изменяется в ответ на изменения во втором измеряемом параметре, причем
способ дополнительно содержит получение информации от третьего датчика, причем
значение параметра определяют на основании информации от третьего датчика и на основании света, отраженного первым фотонно-кристаллическим датчиком (106).
14. Устройство по п. 1 и способу по п. 8.
15. Способ по п. 8 и устройство по п. 1.
