Abstract
1. Способ термической очистки отработанного воздуха производства эмульсионных каучуков от углеводородов, путем сжигания совместно с природным газом в топке парогенераторного котла при температуре 900-1200°C, отличающийся тем, что отработанный воздух перед подачей в топку котла обрабатывают водным раствором, содержащим 20-150 мг/дманионных ПАВ, выбранных из группы щелочных солей карбоновых кислот с молекулярной массой 350-370 или смесь указанных АПАВ с катионактивными КТПАВ, выбранных из группы четвертичных аммониевых солей, взятых в соотношении АПАВ:КТПАВ - 100÷(10÷50) мг/дмпри объемном соотношении водного раствора указанных компонентов к отработанному воздуху 1:(4000÷40000).2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве водного раствора используется серум или смесь серума и воды после промывки каучуков, сбрасываемых в сточные воды в объемном соотношении к отработанному воздуху 1:(4000÷40000).1.
