Abstract
1. Устройство смешения разных сортов нефти, включающее в себя по меньшей мере один блок измерения качества нефти, по меньше мере один подпорный насос, по меньшей мере один регулятор давления и связанного с ним расхода, адаптированное для подсоединения по меньшей мере к двум входящим трубопроводам подачи нефти разных сортов - идущему от магистрали и от резервуарного парка, и по меньшей мере к одному исходящему магистральному трубопроводу смешанной нефти, содержащему магистральный насос, характеризующееся тем, что устройство смешения разных сортов нефти дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один вспомогательный насос, установленный на одном из трубопроводов подачи нефти, поступающего от резервуарного парка и подающий на вход подпорного насоса при обеспечении постоянного расхода по магистральному нефтепроводу и тем, что в качестве вспомогательного насоса выбран насос центробежного типа, снабженный частотно-регулируемым приводом, и обеспечивающий пониженный напор по сравнению с подпорным насосом.2. Устройство смешения разных сортов нефти по п. 1, характеризующееся тем, что в качестве вспомогательного насоса выбран насос, рассчитанный на суммарную подачу нефти в диапазоне от 0 до 50% подачи всего устройства.3. Устройство смешения разных сортов нефти по п. 1, характеризующееся тем, что устройство смешения разных сортов нефти дополнительно содержит блок управления, выход которого соединен с входом частотно-регулируемого привода вспомогательного насоса, а вход блока управления соединен с блоками измерения качества нефти, при этом блок управления адаптирован к вычислению необходимого количества подкачки.1.
