Abstract
Стенд для измерения массоинерционных характеристик изделия, содержащий раму, к которой крепится изделие, динамометры, датчики угла, пружины, станину, динамометрическую платформу, узел поворота рамы, устройство задания колебаний, состоящее из подвижных внутренней, внешней и нижней рам, соединенных между собой и со станиной шарнирами и системой пружин, при этом оси шарниров соединены с осями датчиков угла, отличающийся тем, что стенд снабжен фиксаторами, обеспечивающими колебания изделия только вокруг той оси, относительно которой в настоящий момент выполняется измерение момента инерции, и установленными на раме, к которой крепится изделие, тремя высокоселективными датчиками углового ускорения, каждый из которых состоит из корпуса, вала, двух маховиков, закрепленных на ободе тензометрического элемента, состоящего из ступицы, обода и соединяющих их двух сигнальных и двух вспомогательных стоек, расположенных вдоль взаимно перпендикулярных осей, при этом отношение радиуса ступицы к длине сигнальной балки не превосходит 0,5, а на внутренних гранях сигнальных стоек в корневых сечениях со стороны ступицы наклеены тензорезисторы, объединенные в мостовую схему, причем оси высокоселективных датчиков углового ускорения ориентированы параллельно осям вращения подвижных внутренней, внешней и нижней рам стенда.A stand for measuring the mass inertia characteristics of the product, comprising a frame to which the product is attached, dynamometers, angle sensors, springs, a bed, a dynamometric platform, a frame rotation unit, an oscillation setting device, consisting of movable internal, external and lower frames interconnected and connected bed with hinges and a system of springs, while the axis of the hinges are connected with the axes of the angle sensors, characterized in that the stand is equipped with clamps that only allow the product to oscillate around the axis relative to which The current moment is measured by the moment of inertia, and mounted on the frame to which the product is attached, three highly selective angular acceleration sensors, each of which consists of a housing, a shaft, two flywheels, mounted on the rim of a tensometric element consisting of a hub, a rim and two connecting them signal and two auxiliary racks located along mutually perpendicular axes, while the ratio of the hub radius to the length of the signal beam does not exceed 0.5, and on the inner faces of the signal racks in the root cross-sections from the hub side are glued with strain gauges integrated in a bridge circuit, and the axes of highly selective angular acceleration sensors are oriented parallel to the rotation axes of the movable internal, external and lower frames of the stand.
