Способ обеззараживания молока, характеризующийся тем, что на молоко воздействуют электрическим полем с частотой 2450 МГц, удельной мощностью 4,2 кВт/кг в проточном режиме с наложением бактерицидного потока УФ излучений и ультразвуковых колебаний с частотой 40 кГц, причем мощность СВЧ генератора варьируют от 100…700 Вт, лампы УФ излучения - от 240…1000 Вт, а мощность УЗ генератора 50…250 ВА, при этом продолжительность воздействия до достижения температуры молока 67…68ºС составляет 180…300 с.2. Установка для обеззараживания молока комплексным воздействием физических факторов содержит цилиндрический экранирующий корпус с запредельным волноводом и сливным патрубком, внутри которого концентрически расположена цилиндрический объёмный резонатор, нижнее основание которого перфорировано и состыковано с резервуаром ультразвукового генератора, к нижнему основанию которого закреплены пьезоэлектрические элементы, причем через объёмный резонатор, в горизонтальной плоскости проложена трубка из увиолевого стекла, внутри которой находится газоразрядная лампа высокого давления УФ излучений, а торцы трубки заглушены накладками из ферромагнитного материала.1.
