Abstract
1. Способ получения ферритовых изделий путем радиационно-термического спекания, включающий синтез ферритового материала, введение легирующей добавки, приготовление пресс-порошка, прессование заготовок, их нагревание до температуры спекания облучением проникающим электронным пучком и выдержку при температуре спекания под облучением непрерывным электронным пучком, отличающийся тем, что в пресс-порошок в качестве легирующей добавки вводят металлический порошок одного из элементов состава феррита, интенсивно поглощающий электромагнитное излучение.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что легирующая добавка представляет собой порошок карбонильного железа в количестве 0,01-0,03 мас.% от общей массы ферритовой шихты.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что легирующая добавка вводится в виде наночастиц карбонильного железа с размером 320-450 нм.1.
