Abstract
1. Гидравлическая режущая головка, содержащая несколько сопел во вращающейся форсунке в сборе для резания буровой скважины в горной породе, при этом в указанные сопла подают буровой раствор под высоким давлением, формируя струи, предназначенные для разрезания прилегающей горной породы, при этом указанные сопла содержат одно или несколько направленных в основном в осевом направлении направляющих сопел и одно или несколько направленных в основном радиально расширительных сопел, при этом, по меньшей мере, направляющие сопла содержат не сужающуюся выпускную секцию, так что струя, выпускаемая из нее, имеет, по существу, постоянное поперечное сечение в зоне, непосредственно прилегающей к выпускной секции, отличающаяся тем, что передняя часть вращающейся форсунки в сборе содержит направляющие сопла, выполненные со значительно меньшим диаметром, чем следующая часть вращающейся форсунки в сборе, содержащей направляющие сопла.2. Гидравлическая режущая головка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что расширительные сопла направлены так, что струи, выпускаемые из них, наклонены назад относительно направления движения режущей головки.4. Гидравлическая режущая головка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что следующая часть вращающейся форсунки в сборе сформирована ступенчатым образом из ступеней с постепенно увеличивающимися диаметрами, где по меньшей мере одно расширите�1. The hydraulic cutting head according to claim 1, characterized in that the expansion nozzles also comprise a non-tapering outlet section so that the jet discharged therefrom has a substantially constant cross-section in the region immediately adjacent to the outlet section. The hydraulic cutting head according to claim 2, characterized in that the expansion nozzles are directed so that the jets discharged from them are inclined backward relative to the direction of movement of the cutting head.
