Гибридный фоточувствительный прибор, состоящий из вакуумного герметичного корпуса, входного окна с фотокатодом и расположенного напротив фотокатода анода, представляющего собой основание с закрепленной на нем электронно-чувствительной матрицей формирования изображения, с соответствующими средствами обеспечения ускоряющего напряжения между фотокатодом и анодом, а также средствами считывания сигнала с матрицы и вывода его за пределы герметичного корпуса, отличающийся тем, что входное окно выполнено чашеобразной формы, выступающей внутрь корпуса по направлению к матрице формирования изображения, с плоским дном, на которое нанесен фотокатод, с боковой частью в форме боковой поверхности усеченного конуса и с выступающим краем, служащим для крепления входного окна к вакуумному герметичному корпусу.A hybrid photosensitive device consisting of a vacuum sealed enclosure, an input window with a photocathode and anode located opposite the photocathode, which is a base with an electron-sensitive image forming matrix attached to it, with appropriate means of providing an accelerating voltage between the photocathode and the anode, as well as signal reading means from the matrix and its output outside the hermetic housing, characterized in that the input window is made in a cup-shaped shape, protruding into the interior of the body towards the image forming matrix, with a flat bottom on which the photocathode is applied, with a side part in the form of a side surface of a truncated cone and with a protruding edge, which serves to fasten the input window to the vacuum sealed housing.
