Abstract
Способ получения композиционных покрытий из порошковых материалов, включающий подготовку обрабатываемой поверхности посредством очистки, промывки и струйно-абразивной обработки, с последующей лазерной наплавкой порошкового материала в среде инертного газа, отличающийся тем, что в качестве порошкового материала используют смесь из частиц титана и карбида кремния с размером - 20-100 мкм в массовом соотношении 6:4 или 6:5, а процесс наплавки осуществляют при мощности лазера 4÷5 кВт, скорости сканирования лазерного луча 500÷700 мм/мин и расходе порошка 9,6÷11,9 г/мин.A method of producing composite coatings from powder materials, including preparing the surface to be treated by cleaning, washing and blast-abrasive treatment, followed by laser surfacing of the powder material in an inert gas medium, characterized in that a mixture of titanium and silicon carbide particles is used as a powder material size - 20-100 microns in a mass ratio of 6: 4 or 6: 5, and the surfacing process is carried out at a laser power of 4 ÷ 5 kW, a scanning speed of the laser beam of 500 ÷ 700 mm / min and pore consumption margin 9.6 ÷ 11.9 g / min.
