Способ интраоперационного ультразвукового исследования при лапароскопических реконструктивно-пластических операциях у больных трубно-перитонеальным бесплодием, включающий проведение лапароскопической реконструктивно-пластической операции у больных трубно-перитонеальным бесплодием, при котором в процессе проведения операции осуществляют заполнения полости малого таза стерильным физиологическим раствором с таким расчетом, чтобы органы-мишени погрузились в жидкость, затем одновременно вводят жидкость в просвет пораженной маточной трубы с одной стороны через стенку ампулярного отдела с помощью аспирационной иглы, введенной через хирургический порт с соответствующей стороны живота, и, с другой стороны, через маточный наконечник через цервикальный канал, до полного расправления стенки ампулярного-фимбрального отдела маточной трубы, после чего проводят ультразвуковое исследование пораженного органа.A method of intraoperative ultrasound examination in laparoscopic reconstructive plastic surgery in patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility, including laparoscopic reconstructive plastic surgery in patients with tubal-peritoneal infertility, in which, during the operation, the pelvic cavity is filled with sterile physiological saline so that target organs immersed in fluid, then simultaneously inject fluid into the lumen of the affected mother of the tube on the one hand through the wall of the ampullar department using an aspiration needle inserted through the surgical port on the corresponding side of the abdomen, and, on the other hand, through the uterine tip through the cervical canal, until the wall of the ampullary-fimbral part of the fallopian tube is completely straightened, after which ultrasound examination of the affected organ.

Способ интраоперационного ультразвукового исследования при лапароскопических реконструктивно-пластических операциях у больных трубно-перитонеальным бесплодием, включающий проведение лапароскопической реконструктивно-пластической операции у больных трубно-перитонеальным бесплодием, при котором в процессе проведения операции осуществляют заполнения полости малого таза стерильным физиологическим раствором с таким расчетом, чтобы органы-мишени погрузились в жидкость, затем одновременно вводят жидкость в просвет пораженной маточной трубы с одной стороны через стенку ампулярного отдела с помощью аспирационной иглы, введенной через хирургический порт с соответствующей стороны живота, и, с другой стороны, через маточный наконечник через цервикальный канал, до полного расправления стенки ампулярного-фимбрального отдела маточной трубы, после чего проводят ультразвуковое исследование пораженного органа.
