Abstract
Способ использования 3D модели полости левого желудочка (ЛЖ) сердца при хирургическом лечении постинфарктной аневризмы, включающий проведение предоперационной магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ), определение необходимой площади резекции с учетом положения и площади рубцовой зоны; во время хирургического лечения в полость левого желудочка помещают 3D модель, в виде полого конусообразного тела из эластического материала, и с ее помощью восстанавливают форму и объем полости левого желудочка, после чего 3D модель удаляют, отличающийся тем, что в предоперационном периоде выполняют виртуальную операцию, моделируя будущую полость левого желудочка, на основании которой формируют индивидуальную 3D модель левого желудочка, с требуемыми объемными, геометрическими и функциональными характеристиками.The method of using a 3D model of the cavity of the left ventricle (LV) of the heart in the surgical treatment of postinfarction aneurysm, including preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), determining the required resection area taking into account the position and area of the scar zone; during surgical treatment, a 3D model is placed in the cavity of the left ventricle, in the form of a hollow cone-shaped body made of elastic material, and with its help the shape and volume of the cavity of the left ventricle are restored, after which the 3D model is removed, characterized in that a virtual operation is performed in the preoperative period, modeling the future cavity of the left ventricle, on the basis of which an individual 3D model of the left ventricle is formed, with the required volumetric, geometric and functional characteristics.
