Abstract
1. Способ управления работающей под давлением рисоваркой, имеющей корпус (10), закрываемый крышкой (12), причем корпус (10) оснащен средствами (17, 18, 19) нагрева чаши (11), регулируемым клапаном (20) сброса давления и датчиком (15) температуры, отличающийся тем, что включает в себя:этап (А, В) предварительной варки бобовых в чаше (11) в течение заданного времени с использованием заданного количества жидкости;переходный этап (С), на котором выключают средства нагрева (17, 18, 19) и открывают клапан (20) сброса давления, с тем чтобы пользователь мог добавить определенное количество риса и/или зерен, а также жидкости;этап (D) нагрева, на котором средствами (17, 18, 19) нагрева управляют таким образом, что достигают в чаше (11) штатную температуру 101-120°С;этап (Е, F) варки, начинающийся сразу по достижении указанной штатной температуры, на котором средствами (17, 18, 19) нагрева управляют таким образом, что поддерживают в чаше (11) эту штатную температуру в течение заданного времени, составляющего 15-25 мин.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что на этапе (А, В) предварительной варки средствами нагрева (17, 18, 19) управляют таким образом, что поддерживают в чаше (11) штатную температуру 95-120°С в течение заданного времени, составляющего 8-22 мин.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что на этапе (А) предварительной варки штатная температура составляет 95-100°С и клапан (20) сброса давления удерживают в открытом положении.4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что продолжительность этапа предварительной варки составляет 10-22 мин.5.
