Abstract
1. Способ рассеивания тумана, заключающийся в определении направления распространения тумана относительно защищаемого объекта и формировании с наветренной от защищаемого объекта стороны в прилегающей к заземленной поверхности области тумана неоднородного электрического поля, отличающийся тем, что формирование неоднородного электрического поля осуществляется путем подачи электрического потенциала на поверхность внешнего электрода конденсатора, выполненного в виде оболочки с гладкой поверхностью с радиусом кривизны не меньше нуля и установленного эквидистантно с зазором через диэлектрическую прокладку относительно внутренней заземленной обкладки конденсатора.2.
