Abstract
Способ синтеза порошка интерметаллида NdNiв расплаве солей заключается в следующем:- в контейнер, стойкий к реакционной смеси, загружают эвтектику хлоридов лития и калия, порошок никеля ПНЭ-1;- контейнер погружают в герметично закрываемый сосуд, создают инертную атмосферу, помещают в печь и нагревают до 850 К;- в расплав вводят неодим для создания соотношения компонентов реакционной смеси, мас.%: неодим 24-26, никель 23, эвтектика хлоридов лития и калия - остальное;- реакционную смесь выдерживают при температуре 850 К 2 ч, затем поднимают температуру до 1170 К и выдерживают 3 ч;- контейнер извлекают, плав подвергают гидропереработке, при этом соли растворяют в воде, а порошок NdNiсушат при температуре не выше 320 К под вакуумом, отличающийся тем, что для диффузионного насыщения никеля неодимом легирующий компонент вводят в реакционную смесь за счет коррозии компактного металла, погружаемого в расплав.A method for synthesizing NdNi intermetallic powder in a molten salt is as follows: - a eutectic of lithium and potassium chlorides, PNE-1 nickel powder are loaded into a container resistant to the reaction mixture; - the container is immersed in a hermetically sealed vessel, an inert atmosphere is created, placed in an oven and heated up to 850 K; - neodymium is introduced into the melt to create the ratio of the components of the reaction mixture, wt.%: neodymium 24-26, nickel 23, the rest is eutectic of lithium and potassium chlorides; - the reaction mixture is kept at a temperature of 850 K for 2 hours, then the temperature is raised d 1170 K and stand for 3 hours; - the container is removed, the melt is hydrotreated, while the salts are dissolved in water, and the NdNi powder is dried at a temperature not exceeding 320 K under vacuum, characterized in that the alloying component is introduced into the reaction mixture for diffusion saturation of nickel with neodymium over due to corrosion of compact metal immersed in the melt.
