Способ выращивания кристаллов калий-бариевого молибдата, KBa(MoO), отличающийся тем, что выращивание кристаллов ведут из раствора-расплава молибдата калия, KMoO, при мольном соотношении калий-бариевого молибдата и молибдата калия KMoOравном 1:2 соответственно.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что кристаллизацию ведут на вытягиваемую и вращающуюся затравку, ориентированную по направлению [001].1.
