Abstract
Система управления движением быстроходной гусеничной машины, состоящая из командного органа управления поворотом - штурвала, соединенного с сенсором перемещения командного органа управления и кинематически через систему тяг с механическим каналом управления регулируемого насоса гидропривода, гидромотор которого кинематически через дифференциальный механизм поворота соединен с ведущими колесами объекта управления, отличающаяся тем, что в силовой магистрали гидропривода установлены датчики давления, электронные каналы которых подключены к анализатору спектра и фильтру режекторному, соединенному с ZV-Shaper (нулевой вибрации, zero-vibration, ZV) и UM-ZV-Shaper (единичного модуля и нулевой вибрации, unity-magnitude zero-vibration, UM-ZV) фильтрами, подключенные выходами к аддитивному сумматору через регулятор подавления колебаний корпуса и фильтр регулирования быстродействия соответственно, также, через блок адаптации алгоритма, к входам фильтров и подключен G-сенсор, установленный на объекте.The control system for the movement of a high-speed tracked vehicle, consisting of a command control element for turning - a steering wheel connected to a displacement sensor of the command control element and kinematically through a traction system with a mechanical control channel of an adjustable hydraulic drive pump, the hydraulic motor of which is kinematically connected through the differential rotation mechanism to the drive wheels of the control object, characterized in that pressure sensors are installed in the power line of the hydraulic actuator, the electronic channels of which are are connected to a spectrum analyzer and a notch filter connected to the ZV-Shaper (zero-vibration, zero-vibration, ZV) and UM-ZV-Shaper (a single module and zero-vibration, unity-magnitude zero-vibration, UM-ZV) filters connected outputs to the additive adder via the housing vibration suppression regulator and the speed control filter, respectively, also, through the algorithm adaptation block, the G-sensor installed on the object is connected to the filter inputs.
