Abstract
1. Приводное устройство (6) для дробилки, в частности, горизонтальной дробилки, содержащее:- зубчатое колесо (10), предназначенное для крепления на дробильной камере (4), расположенной по оси зубчатого колеса (Х-Х),- первый редуктор (14) для передачи вращения от первого двигателя (12) к зубчатому колесу, при этом по меньшей мере один редуктор содержит:- корпус (16),- по меньшей мере два выходных модуля (18), каждый из которых содержит выходную шестерню (20) и выходной вал (22), расположенный по выходной оси (Y-Y),- каждая выходная шестерня (20) входит в зацепление с зубчатым колесом,отличающееся тем, что- зубчатое колесо (10) имеет винтовые зубья,- каждый выходной модуль (18) выполнен съемным в виде единого блока в соответствующем корпусе, в направлении (I) установки единого блока в этом корпусе, совпадающем с направлением (R) удаления, при этом направление установки и направление удаления являются параллельными выходной оси (Y-Y), а также тем, что- приводное устройство содержит по меньшей мере один выходной модуль, разъемные соединительные средства (24) для связи во вращении выходного вала с передаточным элементом (26) и для обеспечения, в разомкнутом состоянии, вращения выходной шестерни (20) вокруг выходного вала при выводе выходного модуля (18) из корпуса или в процессе установки выходного модуля (18) в корпус (16).2.
