Abstract
Конденсационный шкаф РЭА, содержащий пластины из высокотеплопроводного материала, вентилятора, защитного кожуха, блока управления и температурного датчика, отличающийся тем, что в качестве охлаждения используется испарительно-конденсационный принцип, имеются форсунки впрыскивающие жидкость во внутреннюю полость шкафа, верхняя стенка (крыша) выполнена под наклоном к задней стенке для стекания конденсата, система конденсации состоит из термоэлектрических батарей (ТЭБ) усиливающие конденсационные свойства, тепловых мостиков, служащие для экономии электроэнергии и переноса тепла, игольчатого радиатора находящегося в плотном контакте с горячими спаями ТЭБ, блока из четырех вентиляторов управляемые через блок управления (БУ) контролирующего количество включаемых вентиляторов, желоба служащего для стекания конденсата, который расположен на всей длине задней стенки шкафа, насоса, расположенного в БУ для подачи стекаемой жидкости обратно в форсунки.CEA condensation cabinet containing plates of highly conductive material, a fan, a protective casing, a control unit and a temperature sensor, characterized in that the evaporative-condensation principle is used as cooling, there are nozzles injecting liquid into the cabinet's internal cavity, the upper wall (roof) is made under tilt to the back wall for condensate drainage, the condensation system consists of thermoelectric batteries (TEB) reinforcing condensation properties, thermal bridges, serving in order to save energy and transfer heat, a needle radiator in tight contact with the hot junctions of the fuel element, a block of four fans controlled through a control unit (BU) that controls the number of fans that are turned on, a condensate chute that runs along the entire length of the back wall of the cabinet, pump located in the control unit for supplying the drained liquid back to the nozzles.
