Abstract

Способ легирования алюмооксидной керамики, включающий получение заготовки из шликера, удаление технологической связки и обжиг, отличающийся тем, что после удаления технологической связки заготовку пропитывают водным раствором нитрата цирконила ZrO(NO)2НО, затем осуществляют ее нагрев с повышением температуры до 400°С.

Claims (1)

  1. Способ легирования алюмооксидной керамики, включающий получение заготовки из шликера, удаление технологической связки и обжиг, отличающийся тем, что после удаления технологической связки заготовку пропитывают водным раствором нитрата цирконила ZrO(NO3)2О, затем осуществляют ее нагрев с повышением температуры до 400°С.
