Abstract
Клеевая композиция холодного отверждения, включающая эпоксидную диановую смолу, полиамидную смолу, кремнийорганический амин, выбранный из группы биспарааминофениленаминометилентетра-метилдисилоксан, γ-аминопропилтриэтоксисилан, 1-аминогексаметилен-6-аминометилентриэтоксиаминосилан, диэтиламинометилентриэтоксисилан или их смеси, модификатор в виде термостойкого термопластичного полимера, отвердитель и минеральный наполнитель, отличающаяся тем, что эпоксидная диановая смола ЭД-20 модифицирована термоэластопластом в виде полиэфиримида, в качестве отвердителя используется диэтилентриаминометипфенол УП-583Д, а в качестве минерального наполнителя - хризотил А-4-5 при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.ч.:The adhesive composition of a cold cure, comprising an epoxy diane resin, polyamide resin, silicone amine selected from the group bisparaaminofenilenaminometilentetra-metildisiloksan, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-aminogeksametilen-6-aminometilentrietoksiaminosilan, dietilaminometilentrietoksisilan or mixtures thereof, the modifier is in the form of heat-resistant thermoplastic polymer, a curing agent and a mineral filler, characterized in that the epoxy dianovy resin ED-20 is modified with thermoplastic elastomer in the form of a polyester imide, diethylene triaminomethiphenol UP-583D is used as a hardener, and chrysotile A-4-5 is used as a mineral filler in the following ratio of components, parts by weight:
