Abstract
Способ упрочнения деталей, работающих в условиях абразивного изнашивания, включающий наплавку износостойкого материала, отличающийся тем, что в качестве наплавляемого материала используют металлокерамический композит, содержащий консолидированные сплавы карбидов, боридов, нитридов и армирующие керамические сверхтвердые включения из карбида бора, корунда и карбокорунда, который наносят на деталь путем вибродуговой наплавки с использованием графитового электрода, при этом одновременно с наплавкой происходит легирование упрочняемой поверхности бором, азотом и углеродом, а после наплавки производят нагрев детали в печи до температуры 750…770°С, при этом время выдержки составляет 1,5…2 мин, с последующей ее закалкой и низкий отпуск с нагревом детали до 150…160°С и выдержкой в течение 8…10 мин.A method of hardening parts operating under conditions of abrasive wear, including the deposition of wear-resistant material, characterized in that a ceramic-metal composite containing consolidated alloys of carbides, borides, nitrides and reinforcing ceramic superhard inclusions of boron carbide, corundum and carborundum is applied as a deposited material on a part by means of a vibro-arc surfacing using a graphite electrode, while simultaneously with the surfacing, alloying occurs hardened surfaces with boron, nitrogen and carbon, and after surfacing, the part is heated in the furnace to a temperature of 750 ... 770 ° C, while the exposure time is 1.5 ... 2 min, followed by hardening and low tempering with the part heated to 150 ... 160 ° With and exposure for 8 ... 10 minutes
