Abstract
Способ измерения деформации валов, заключающийся в определении деформации валов с помощью измерительного средства, приводимого в контакт с образующей валов, их нагружении, отличающийся тем, что валы плотно обхватывают по всей их рабочей ширине полимерной лентой, например фторопластовой, жестко закрепляют ее с двух сторон к корпусу машины по всей длине валов, фиксируют положение полимерной ленты на рабочих поверхностях валов во взаимноперпендикулярных осевых плоскостях с помощью штанги с опорами и двух пластин, установленных параллельно друг другу и перпендикулярно штанге по ее краям, которыми регулируют изменение необходимой величины прижимной нагрузки и положение устройства в горизонтальной или вертикальной плоскостях перпендикулярно оси вала посредством регулировочных прорезей на них, устраняя тем самым прогиб и перекос измерительного устройства, при этом упорный винт и шток измерительного средства опирают о ленту, оставляя зазор в 2-3 мм для обеспечения возможности установления на нулевой отметке шкалы измерительного средства или задания начальных значений для измерения деформации рабочих поверхностей валов, затем валы нагружают, для каждой величины нагрузки снимают показания измерительного средства, по разности показаний при нулевой или начальной и заданной нагрузке определяют величину суммарной деформации рабочих поверхностей валов.A method for measuring shaft deformation, which consists in determining the deformation of the shafts using a measuring tool brought into contact with the generatrix of the shafts, their loading, characterized in that the shafts are tightly wrapped around the entire working width with a polymer tape, for example fluoroplastic, rigidly fix it on both sides to the machine body along the entire length of the shafts, fix the position of the polymer tape on the working surfaces of the shafts in mutually perpendicular axial planes using a rod with supports and two plates installed in parallel about each other and perpendicular to the rod along its edges, which regulate the change in the required magnitude of the clamping load and the position of the device in horizontal or vertical planes perpendicular to the axis of the shaft by means of adjusting slots on them, thereby eliminating the deflection and skew of the measuring device, while the thrust screw and measuring rod the tools rest on the tape, leaving a gap of 2-3 mm to enable the measurement tool to be set to zero or to set initial values for I measure the deformation of the working surfaces of the shafts, then the shafts are loaded, for each load value the readings of the measuring means are taken, the value of the total deformation of the working surfaces of the shafts is determined by the difference in readings at zero or initial and given load.
