Модульный молекулярный конъюгат для направленной доставки генетических конструкций на основе пептидных лигандов клеточных рецепторов, включающий лигандную и катионную составляющие, соединенные через гидрозоновое производное оксокарбоновой кислоты формулы:2. Модульный молекулярный конъюгат по п.1, включающий в качестве лигандной составляющей пептид X-R-His-R-Ser-R-D-Lys-Leu-Arg-Pro-R, где R- pGlu; R- Trp, D-Trp, Pro, или D-Pal(3); R- Tyr, или Arg; R- Gly-NH, D-Ala-NH, или NH-СН-СН; X - атом водорода, или низшая алкильная группа (C-C), к е-аминогруппе D-Lys в положении 6 пептида присоединен катионный пептид Н-Рго-Lys-Lys-Lys-Arg-Lys-Val через гидразоновое производное пировиноградной кислоты.3. Модульный молекулярный конъюгат по п.1 или 2, включающий в качестве лигандной составляющей пептид Arg-Gly-Asp-Phe-OH, к N-концевой аминогруппе пептида присоединен катионный пептид H-Pro-Lys-Lys-Lys-Arg-Lys-Val через гидразоновое производное пировиноградной кислоты.4. Способ получения модульного молекулярного конъюгата по п.1, заключающийся в синтезе пептидной лигандной составляющей и пептидной катионной составляющей с использованием твердофазного пептидного синтеза на полимере Ванга с применением Fmoc/But стратегии, к пептидному лиганду присоединяют оксокарбоновую кислоту, в качестве которой берут пировиноградную или левуленовую кислоту, после чего в водном растворе трифторуксусной кислоты проводят отделение кето-пептида от полимерного носителя, одновременно проводят синтез пептидной катионной составляющей на 2-хлортритильном полимере с содержание С1 1.55 ммоль/г с использованием Fmoc/But-стратегии, после чего пептидную катионную составляющую модифицируют в реакционной смеси, содержащей растворитель Д1.
