Abstract
1. Способ формирования покрытий пентаоксида тантала на подложке, сформированных из прекурсора - фторидного соединения тантала, отличающийся тем, что покрытие из пентаоксида тантала формируют методом плазменно-электролитической обработки изделия импульсным током во фтортанталатном электролите.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что покрытия формируют в электролите, содержащем гексафтортанталат аммония или натрия или калия с концентрацией, равной 0,06-0,10 моль/л.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирование покрытий осуществляют на проводящей металлической подложке из титана или его сплавов.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что формирование покрытий пентаоксида тантала на подложке из титана или его сплавов осуществляют в диапазоне напряжений от 50 до 300 В в потенциостатическом режиме.1.
