Abstract
Способ изготовления мембраны для выделения водорода из газовых смесей, при котором на поверхность мембраны на базе металлов 5 группы (ванадия, ниобия, тантала) или их сплавов наносят слой палладия или его сплавов, отличающийся тем, что перед нанесением палладия или его сплавов мембрану рекристаллизуют путем ее прогрева в вакууме или в атмосфере инертного газа до температуры, равной 0,8-0,9 температуры плавления материала мембраны.A method of manufacturing a membrane for hydrogen evolution from gas mixtures, in which a layer of palladium or its alloys is applied to the surface of the membrane based on metals of group 5 (vanadium, niobium, tantalum) or their alloys, characterized in that the membrane is recrystallized before applying palladium or its alloys its heating in vacuum or in an inert gas atmosphere to a temperature equal to 0.8-0.9 of the melting temperature of the membrane material.
