Abstract
Способ получения регенерируемого поглотителя диоксида углерода, включающий взаимодействие соли циркония и вещества, образующего гидроксид циркония, где в качестве соли циркония используют основной карбонат циркония, а в качестве вещества, образующего гидроксид циркония, используют оксид цинка, при мольном соотношении элементов цинка к цирконию от 1:1,0 до 1:2,0 с последующим формованием полученного гидроксида циркония со связующим и сушкой формованного продукта, отличающийся тем, что используют основной карбонат циркония с влажностью 20-24 моль/кг, а в качестве связующего вещества используют акриловый лак в количестве 3-7% в расчете на сухие вещества.A method for producing a regenerable carbon dioxide absorber, comprising reacting a zirconium salt and a zirconium hydroxide forming substance, where basic zirconium carbonate is used as the zirconium salt, and zinc oxide is used as the zirconium hydroxide forming substance, with a molar ratio of zinc to zirconium elements from 1 : 1.0 to 1: 2.0, followed by molding the obtained zirconium hydroxide with a binder and drying the molded product, characterized in that they use basic zirconium carbonate with a moisture content of 20-24 mol / kg, and as a binder use acrylic varnish in an amount of 3-7% based on dry matter.
