Abstract

1. Лекарственный препарат, обладающий венотоническим и антикоагулянтным действием, включающий винограда листьев экстракт сухой, основу, консерванты, растворители, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит гепарин в виде фармацевтически приемлемой соли, в качестве основы содержит гидрофильный гелеобразователь, в качестве растворителей содержит воду очищенную, пропиленгликоль, спирт этиловый ректификованный 95%, в качестве консервантов - нипагин, нипазол, при следующем соотношении компонентов, масс.%:2. Лекарственный препарат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве гидрофильного гелеобразователя содержит редкосшитые акриловые полимеры и дополнительно содержит нейтрализующий агент в количестве 0,2-2,0 масс.%.3. Лекарственный препарат по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит антиоксидант в количестве 0,01-5,0 масс.%.4. Лекарственный препарат по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит эфирное масло в количестве 0,01-5,0 масс.%.5. Способ получения лекарственного препарата, обладающего венотоническим и антикоагулянтным действием, включающийа) растворение нипагина и нипазола в спирте этиловом ректификованном 95%;б) добавление пропиленгликоля и воды очищенной;в) приготовление в отдельных емкостях водных растворов винограда листьев экстракта сухого и гепарина в виде фармацевтически приемлемой соли;г) смешивание растворов, полученных на этапах б) и в) и добавление гидрофильного гелеобразователя;д) гомогенизацию,при этом компоненты используют в количествах, обеспечивающих получение препарата, имеющего состав по п.1.6.
