Abstract
Способ получения сорбента с магнитными свойствами для сбора нефтепродуктов с водной поверхности, характеризующийся тем, что готовят сорбент перемешиванием неорганической составляющей, в качестве которой используют магнетитовые отходы металлургического производства и химически осажденный карбонат кальция, являющийся отходом производства минеральных удобрений с органической частью, представленной анионным ПАВ - стеаратом натрия, перемешивание осуществляют при температуре 60°C при массовом отношении магнетитовых отходов металлургического производства: химически осажденного карбоната кальция: стеарата натрия, равном 10:89:1, соответственно, смесь гомогенизируют до однородного состояния, обеспечивая получение сорбента, содержащего в пересчете на элементный состав, масс. %: кальций - 34, кислород - 44, углерод - 13, железо - 8, водород - 0,6, натрий - 0,4.A method of producing a sorbent with magnetic properties for collecting oil products from a water surface, characterized in that the sorbent is prepared by mixing the inorganic component, which uses magnetite waste from metallurgical production and chemically precipitated calcium carbonate, which is a waste product from the production of mineral fertilizers with an organic part represented by an anionic surfactant - sodium stearate, mixing is carried out at a temperature of 60 ° C with a mass ratio of magnetite waste metallurgists eskogo production: chemically precipitated calcium carbonate: sodium stearate, about 10: 89: 1, respectively, and the mixture is homogenized until uniform, providing a sorbent, comprising, based on the elemental composition, wt. %: calcium - 34, oxygen - 44, carbon - 13, iron - 8, hydrogen - 0.6, sodium - 0.4.
