Устройство для отбора энергии морских волн, содержащее плавучий объект с размещенным на нем преобразователем энергии морских волн в электрическую энергию и рабочий орган, связанный с преобразователем с возможностью относительного перемещения рабочего органа и плавучего объекта, отличающееся тем, что рабочий орган представляет собой погружной элемент с положительной плавучестью, площадь проекции которого на плоскость, которая в рабочем положении устройства является горизонтальной плоскостью, больше каждой из площадей его проекций на две другие плоскости, перпендикулярные первой плоскости и друг другу, и который в рабочем положении расположен ниже дна плавучего объекта.2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что преобразователь энергии включает закрепленный на плавучем объекте гидроцилиндр со штоком, связанным с погружным элементом, и гидромотор, соединенный с генератором и сообщенный с гидроаккумулятором и баком, которые посредством трубопроводов и обратных клапанов сообщены с полостями гидроцилиндра.3.
