Abstract
Устройство контроля короткого замыкания в контактной сети переменного тока двухпутного участка железной дороги, содержащее сигнальное устройство, шины 27,5 кВ тяговой подстанции с подключенными к ней первым выключателем с размыкающим блок-контактом, питающим контактную сеть первого пути железной дороги, и вторым выключателем, питающим линию «два провода - рельс» (ДПР), к первому выключателю со стороны контактной сети подключена первичная обмотка трансформатора напряжения одним концом к контактной сети, а вторым концом - к рельсу, а к его вторичной обмотке через размыкающий блок-контакт первого выключателя подключена катушка первого реле напряжения, причем сигнальное устройство одним концом подключено к -110 В оперативного напряжения, а другим концом к первому выводу замыкающего контакта первого реле напряжении, отличающееся тем, что введены третий выключатель с размыкающим и замыкающим блок-контактами, подключенный к шинам 27,5 кВ и питающий контактную сеть второго пути, и второе реле напряжения с повышенной уставкой срабатывания, катушка которого подключена параллельно катушке первого реле напряжения, а замыкающий контакт второго реле напряжения первым выводом соединен с первым выводом замыкающего контакта первого реле напряжения, а вторым выводом соединен к +110 В оперативного напряжения через замыкающий блок-контакт третьего выключателя, причем размыкающий блок-контакт третьего выключателя одним концом соединен со вторым выводом замыкающего контакта первого реле напряжения, а вторым концом соединен с +110 В оперативного напряжения.A device for monitoring a short circuit in an alternating current contact network of a double-track section of a railway, containing a signaling device, a 27.5 kV bus of a traction substation with a first switch connected to it with an opening block contact supplying the contact network of the first railway track, and a second switch supplying the line "two wires - rail" (DPR), the primary winding of the voltage transformer is connected to the first switch on the side of the contact network with one end to the contact network, and the other end to the rail, and a coil is connected to its secondary winding through the opening block-contact of the first switch the first voltage relay, and the signaling device at one end is connected to -110 V of the operating voltage, and the other end to the first terminal of the closing contact of the first voltage relay, characterized in that a third switch with opening and closing block contacts is introduced, connected to the buses 27.5 kV and supplying the contact network of the second path, and the second relay voltage with an increased operating setting, the coil of which is connected parallel to the coil of the first voltage relay, and the closing contact of the second voltage relay is connected by the first terminal to the first terminal of the closing contact of the first voltage relay, and the second terminal is connected to +110 V of the operating voltage through the closing block-contact of the third switch , and the opening block contact of the third switch is connected at one end to the second terminal of the closing contact of the first voltage relay, and the second end is connected to +110 V of the operating voltage.
