Abstract

1. Способ изготовления двойной T-образной детали (31) с центральной секцией (33) и верхним и нижним фланцами (35, 37), используемой в качестве промежуточной соединительной детали для двух корпусных конструктивных элементов (11, 11'), содержащих верхние обшивки (15, 15') и нижние обшивки (17, 17'), упомянутое соединение производится между верхней и нижней обшивками (15, 15'; 17, 17') элементов (11, 11') и верхним и нижним фланцами (35, 37) детали (31), причем деталь (31), и элементы (11, 11') выполнены из композитного материала, отличающийся тем, что:a) подготавливают C-образные преформы (41, 41'), сконфигурированные таким образом, чтобы их центральные секции (43, 43') были параллельны друг другу, а их верхний и нижний фланцы (55, 55'; 57, 57') были по существу параллельны краевым участкам упомянутых обшивок (15, 15'; 17', 15');b) подготавливают две плоских преформы (45, 47) для укрепления фланцев (35, 37);c) формуют и отверждают деталь (31), выполненную из преформ (41, 41', 45, 47), с использованием способа формирования с перемещением смолы.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что плоские преформы (45, 47) скомпонованы на центральном участке фланцев (35, 37) детали (31) без покрытия их полной ширины.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что плоские преформы (45, 47) включают в себя по меньшей мере два сегмента (61, 63; 71, 73) различной толщины, более толстые сегменты (63, 73) являются более узкими, чем более тонкие сегменты (61, 71).4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что плоские преформы (45, 47) включают в себя участки контактного упрочнения на одном из своих краев.5. Claims (12)

1. Способ изготовления двойной T-образной детали (31) с центральной секцией (33) и верхним и нижним фланцами (35, 37), используемой в качестве промежуточной соединительной детали для двух корпусных конструктивных элементов (11, 11'), содержащих верхние обшивки (15, 15') и нижние обшивки (17, 17'), упомянутое соединение производится между верхней и нижней обшивками (15, 15'; 17, 17') элементов (11, 11') и верхним и нижним фланцами (35, 37) детали (31), причем деталь (31), и элементы (11, 11') выполнены из композитного материала, отличающийся тем, что:
a) подготавливают C-образные преформы (41, 41'), сконфигурированные таким образом, чтобы их центральные секции (43, 43') были параллельны друг другу, а их верхний и нижний фланцы (55, 55'; 57, 57') были по существу параллельны краевым участкам упомянутых обшивок (15, 15'; 17', 15');
b) подготавливают две плоских преформы (45, 47) для укрепления фланцев (35, 37);
c) формуют и отверждают деталь (31), выполненную из преформ (41, 41', 45, 47), с использованием способа формирования с перемещением смолы.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что плоские преформы (45, 47) скомпонованы на центральном участке фланцев (35, 37) детали (31) без покрытия их полной ширины.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что плоские преформы (45, 47) включают в себя по меньшей мере два сегмента (61, 63; 71, 73) различной толщины, более толстые сегменты (63, 73) являются более узкими, чем более тонкие сегменты (61, 71).
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что плоские преформы (45, 47) включают в себя участки контактного упрочнения на одном из своих краев.
5. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что краевые участки обшивок (15, 17; 15', 17') элементов (11, 11') не параллельны друг другу.
6. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что краевые участки обшивок (15, 17; 15', 17') элементов (11, 11') параллельны друг другу.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что краевые участки верхних обшивок (15, 15') и нижних обшивок (17, 17') элементов (11, 11') не выровнены друг с другом.
8. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-4 и 7, отличающийся тем, что упомянутые корпуса (11, 11') являются многореберными корпусами.
9. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-4 и 7, отличающийся тем, что элементы (11, 11') являются многопролетными элементами.
10. Способ по любому одному из пп.1-4 и 7, отличающийся тем, что элементы (11, 11') являются боковыми элементами горизонтального хвостового стабилизатора летательного аппарата.
11. Соединительное устройство для двух конструктивных элементов (11, 11') корпуса, содержащее верхнюю обшивку (15, 15'), нижнюю обшивку (17, 17'), использующее двойную T-образную промежуточную соединительную деталь (31) и осуществляющее соединение между обшивками (15, 15'; 17, 17') элементов (11, 11') и верхним и нижним фланцами (33, 35) детали (31) с использованием заклепок, как упомянутая часть (31), элементы (11, 11') выполнены из композитного материала, отличающееся тем, что упомянутая деталь (31) выполнена согласно способу по любому одному из пп.1-10.
12. Соединительное устройство по п.11, отличающееся тем, что на каждом участке различной толщины верхнего и нижнего фланцев (33, 35) детали (31) предусмотрено по меньшей мере два ряда заклепок (81).
