Abstract
1. Арматурный канат, содержащий центральную проволоку и навитые вокруг нее по спирали расположенные в форме треугольника или многоугольника повивочные проволоки с периодическим профилем, нанесенным на наружный участок поверхности повивочных проволок, и выполненными в форме спирально расположенных плоских площадок участками поверхности проволок, контактирующими с другими проволоками, отличающийся тем, что наружные участки поверхности повивочных проволок имеют шероховатость, повышенную относительно возникающей при волочении проволоки и пластическом обжатии каната.2. Способ изготовления арматурного каната, включающий изготовление проволок круглого сечения, свивку проволок в канат фасонного спирального сечения и пластическое обжатие каната с одновременным нанесением периодического профиля путем деформации непосредственно в очаге свивки вдоль наружной поверхности повивочных проволок в фасонном роликовом калибре с наклонными роликами, отличающийся тем, что после формирования каната осуществляют струйную обработку его наружной поверхности сыпучим материалом.3. Способ изготовления арматурного каната по п.2, отличающийся тем, что струйную обработку осуществляют после нагрева каната и совмещают с его охлаждением в процессе стабилизации.4.
