Abstract
Способ измерения плотности объемного заряда и постоянной времени его релаксации в потоке диэлектрической жидкости, при котором выделяют электроизолированный участок основного заземленного трубопровода, создают дополнительный резервуар, заполненный перекачиваемой жидкостью, помещают в него систему из двух электродов, один из которых заземляют, а второй электрически соединяют с указанным электроизолированным участком трубопровода и измеряют напряжение на этом электроде относительно земли, а плотность объемного заряда определяют по формулеρ=CU/V,гдеρ - плотность объемного заряда жидкости;С - электрическая емкость межу указанными электродами;U - напряжение на указанном втором электроде, относительно земли;V - объем жидкости в электроизолированном участке трубопровода,отличающийся тем, что с целью расширения технологических возможностей одновременно измеряют ток, протекающий между выделенным электроизолированным участком трубопровода и указанным вторым электродом, и определяют величину постоянной времени релаксации объемного заряда по формулеτ=CU/i,гдеτ - постоянная времени релаксации объемного заряда жидкости;i - ток между электроизолированным участком трубопровода и указанным вторым электродом.A method for measuring the density of the space charge and the constant time of its relaxation in the flow of a dielectric fluid, in which an electrically insulated section of the main grounded pipeline is isolated, an additional tank filled with pumped liquid is created, a system of two electrodes is placed in it, one of which is grounded, and the second is electrically connected to specified electrically insulated section of the pipeline and measure the voltage at this electrode relative to the ground, and the density of the space charge is determined by the formula ρ = CU / V, where ρ is the density of the space charge of the liquid; C is the electric capacitance between the indicated electrodes; U is the voltage at the specified second electrode relative to the earth; V is the volume of liquid in the electrically insulated section of the pipeline, characterized in that in order to expand technological capabilities simultaneously measure the current flowing between the selected electrically insulated section of the pipeline and the specified second electrode, and determine the value of the constant relaxation time of the space charge by the formula τ = CU / i, where τ is the constant the relaxation time of the liquid bulk charge; i is the current between the electrically insulated section of the pipeline and the specified second electrode.
