Abstract
Способ определения динамики изменения скорости оседания эритроцитов, включающий смешивание исследуемой пробы крови с антикоагулянтом, забор полученного раствора крови с антикоагулянтом в капилляр, размещение его вертикально, при этом раствор крови с антикоагулянтом разливают с помощью автоматического дозатора в гематокритный капилляр, нижний конец, которого герметично закупоривают, размещают капилляр вертикально в гнездо центрифуги и осуществляют измерение высоты слоя плазмы, свободной от эритроцитов, в режиме вращения центрифуги с угловой скоростью не более 50 об/мин, по полученным данным определяют максимальную величину оседания эритроцитов, отличающийся тем, что измеряют высоту слоя плазмы по импульсной динамической характеристике, амплитуду которой фиксируют в два кратных момента времени, по которым регистрируют максимальную величину оседания эритроцитов и постоянную времени, а так же предельную скорость, как их отношение, по которым определяют действительную характеристику скорости оседания эритроцитов.A method for determining the dynamics of changes in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, including mixing the test blood sample with an anticoagulant, sampling the resulting blood solution with an anticoagulant in a capillary, placing it vertically, while the blood solution with an anticoagulant is poured using an automatic dispenser into a hematocrit capillary, the lower end of which is hermetically sealed place the capillary vertically in the centrifuge’s nest and measure the height of the red blood cell-free plasma layer in the centrifuge’s rotation mode with an angular speed of not more than 50 rpm, according to the obtained data, the maximum erythrocyte sedimentation value is determined, characterized in that the plasma layer height is measured by the impulse dynamic characteristic, the amplitude of which is recorded at two multiple times, by which the maximum erythrocyte sedimentation value and a constant are recorded time, as well as the limiting speed, as their ratio, which determine the actual characteristic of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
