Abstract
Способ прогнозирования риска раннего развития атеросклероза у больных хроническим простатитом, включающий определение уровня липопротеидов высокой плотности, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно определяют содержание триацилглицеридов, исследуют содержание общего тестостерона и секссвязывающего глобулина, вычисляют индекс свободного тестостерона и рассчитывают коэффициент атерогенного риска по формуле K=(ЛПВП/ТАГ)×ИСТ, где ЛПВП - липопротеиды высокой плотности, ТАГ - триацилглицериды, ИСТ - индекс свободного тестостерона, и при значении коэффициента атерогенного риска <3,7 прогнозируют высокий риск раннего развития атеросклероза.A method for predicting the risk of early development of atherosclerosis in patients with chronic prostatitis, including determining the level of high density lipoproteins, characterized in that they further determine the content of triacylglycerides, examine the content of total testosterone and sex-binding globulin, calculate the free testosterone index and calculate the atherogenic risk coefficient by the formula K = (HDL / TAG) × IST, where HDL - high density lipoproteins, TAG - triacylglycerides, IST - free testosterone index, and with SRI atherogenic risk factor <3.7 predict a high risk of early development of atherosclerosis.
