Abstract
Способ получения медного покрытия на керамической поверхности газодинамическим напылением, включающим предварительное напыление материала подслоя с последующим напылением медного покрытия при определенном интервале давлений и температур рабочего газа, термическую обработку покрытия, отличающийся тем, что в качестве материала подслоя используют оксид меди(I), при этом газодинамическое напыление материала подслоя и медного покрытия ведут при давлении рабочего газа - воздуха в интервале 0,5-1,0 МПа и при интервале температур: для подслоя в переделах 500-600°С, для медного покрытия в пределах 300-400°С, а термическую обработку медного покрытия ведут в интервале температур 1065-1070°С в течение 1,0-3,0 часов.A method of producing a copper coating on a ceramic surface by gas-dynamic spraying, including preliminary spraying of the material of the sublayer followed by spraying of the copper coating at a certain range of pressures and temperatures of the working gas, heat treatment of the coating, characterized in that copper (I) oxide is used as the material of the sublayer, gas-dynamic spraying of the material of the sublayer and copper coating is carried out at a pressure of the working gas - air in the range of 0.5-1.0 MPa and at a temperature range: for the sublayer repartitions 500-600 ° C, for copper plating within 300-400 ° C, and the heat treatment of the copper coating is carried out in the temperature range 1065-1070 ° C for 1.0-3.0 hours.
