Abstract
Способ фрезерования на станках с ЧПУ моделей лопаток роторов газотурбинных двигателей, основанный на определении величины снимаемого припуска, обработке лопатки концевой торовой фрезой, которую перемещают эквидистантно обрабатываемой поверхности, отличающийся тем, что для обрабатываемой лопатки строят последовательность конечно-элементных моделей с моделированием условий закрепления лопатки, соответствующих последовательному позонному удалению предварительно заданной величины припуска при обработке, рассчитывают значения собственных частот обрабатываемой лопатки для каждой зоны, для коррекции полученных значений собственных частот дополнительно измеряют собственные частоты обрабатываемой лопатки для каждой зоны с использованием системы «возбудитель-датчик», проводят оценку совпадения расчетных и экспериментальных частотных характеристик обрабатываемой лопатки, объединяют зоны с близкими частотными характеристиками, по выбранному значению частоты колебаний лопатки корректируют частоту вращения шпинделя станка таким образом, чтобы исключить резонанс при взаимодействии со спектральными составляющими силы резания, полученный результат закладывают в управляющие программы обработки лопаток.The method of milling on CNC machines models of rotor blades of gas turbine engines, based on determining the size of the removed allowance, processing the blades with an end torus mill, which moves the equidistant machined surface, characterized in that for the machined blades a sequence of finite element models is constructed with modeling the conditions for fixing the blades, corresponding to sequential zonewise removal of a predetermined allowance during processing, the values of self the frequency of the processed blades for each zone, to correct the obtained values of the natural frequencies, they additionally measure the natural frequencies of the processed blades for each zone using the exciter-sensor system, assess the coincidence of the calculated and experimental frequency characteristics of the processed blades, combine the zones with similar frequency characteristics, according to the selected value of the oscillation frequency, the blades adjust the spindle speed of the machine so as to exclude resonance in the interaction with the spectral components of the cutting forces, the result into control laying blades processing program.
