Abstract
1. Двухтактный поршневой дизель с прямоточной продувкой содержит цилиндр с продувочными окнами, размещенный в нем поршень со штоком, крышку цилиндра с одним выпускным клапаном и установленными в нее одним или двумя форсунками, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения эффективности дизеля, в крышке цилиндра устанавливается (запрессовывается) стальная вставка с торцевыми выступами в виде кольца со множеством тангенциальных прорезей, образующих каналы, соединяющие зону вытеснения объема воздуха, ограниченного между наружным диаметром кольца вставки и диаметром цилиндра и плоскими участками вставки и днища поршня, с камерой сгорания, причем высота торцевых выступов, количество каналов и их ширина выбирается так, чтобы скорость истечения воздуха (заряда) через тангенциальные каналы в зону камеры сгорания значительно превышала скорость впуска продувочного воздуха (примерно в 3-5 раз) на номинальном режиме работы дизеля, а вектор скоростей имел одинаковое направление, кольцо вставки входит в цилиндрическую часть углубления в днище поршня при положении поршня в верхней мертвой точке.2.
