Abstract
1. Способ изготовления деталей типа «вал с фланцем» путем торцевой раскатки, включающий установку нагретой заготовки в матрицу с проходным отверстием под вал детали, и последующее формирование фланца заготовки пуансоном, установленным под углом к оси матрицы, отличающийся тем, что используют цилиндрическую заготовку постоянного диаметра, при этом в заготовке предварительно выполняют продольную проточку с образованием опорной поверхности в виде радиального уступа и возможностью размещения проточенной части заготовки в отверстии матрицы.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве заготовки используют сортовой прокат с сечением в виде круга.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве заготовки используют толстостенную трубу.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что радиальный уступ опорной поверхности заготовки выполняют величиной, не менее 0,07 от диаметра проходного отверстия в матрице.5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что радиальную величину продольной проточки заготовки выполняют с обеспечением теплового зазора между ней и проходным отверстием в матрице.6.
