Abstract
1. Способ изготовления твэла ядерного реактора, включающий снаряжение заготовки оболочки твэла таблетками делящегося материала, отражателем, пружиной, с сохранением газосборника, отличающийся тем, что его реализуют в два этапа на первом - в одну часть заготовки оболочки твэла помещают контактный материал в виде стержня, таблетки делящегося материала, сжатую хвостовиком пружину, вакуумируют, герметизируют, нагревают до плавления контактного материала, охлаждают, а на втором - через переходник дополняют другой частью заготовки оболочки твэла с отражателем и газосборником. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве контактного материала применяют металлы: магний, натрий, свинец. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве контактного материала применяют двойные сплавы: медь-магний, свинец-висмут. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве контактного материала применяют тройной сплав алюминий-кремний-никель. 1.
