Abstract
1. A method of treating gonarthrosis, including multiple session cutaneous irradiation of the knee joints during the synovitis period with infrared pulsed laser radiation with a wavelength of 0.89 μm and selecting a pulse repetition rate of the laser radiation according to the pain intensity, characterized in that the patient’s rehabilitation potential is first determined by the patient rehabilitation index gonarthrosis, then when the total score for the rehabilitation index of patients with gonarthrosis 19 or less on the skin of the lower limb mark the boundaries of the irradiation zone, which includes The entire popliteal region and the entire front region of the knee are covered, then the area of the irradiation zone is determined. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the volume of the effusion in the joint and the intensity of pain in the joint are first determined on a visual analogue scale, then with significant effusion and severe pain, the above zone is irradiated first with a pulse repetition rate of 80 Hz, then with a frequency of 1500 Hz, with significant effusion and moderate or mild pain - first with a frequency of 80 Hz, then with a frequency of 300 Hz, with moderate or slight effusion and severe pain - first with a frequency of 300 Hz, then with a frequency of 1500 Hz, with moderate or slight effusion and moderate sludge mild pain - only a repetition rate of 300 Gts.3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that patients with a body mass index less than 25, without metabolic syndrome and without diabetes mellitus, with a high rehabilitation potential with an exposure dose of radiation for 0.2 mJ / cm session, and patients with a body mass index are irradiated. equal to 25 or more, or for patients with metabolic syndrome, diabetes mellitus, or with low rehabilitation
