Abstract

1. Медицинское устройство для имплантации в тазобедренный сустава, содержащее по меньшей мере одну искусственную поверхность тазобедренного сустава, причем тазобедренный сустав содержит вертлужную впадину, которая является частью тазовой кости, и головку бедренной кости, которая является частью бедренной кости, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью вставки через отверстие в тазовой кости с противоположной стороны вертлужной впадины с брюшной стороны тазовой кости,причем медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью вставки в отверстие по меньшей мере одного из:области брюшной полости,области между брюшиной и тазовой костью,области между тазовой костью и окружающей тканью,тазовой области ипаховой области,при этом медицинское устройство содержит:протезную часть, которая служит по меньшей мере в качестве искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины, причем по меньшей мере одно из: протезной части и костной пломбы выполнено с возможностью размещения в отверстии в тазовой кости; иподдерживающий элемент, соединенный по меньшей мере с одним из: протезной частью и костной пломбой, причем поддерживающий элемент выполнен с возможностью соединения с тазовой костью и возможностью передавать нагрузку от протезной части или костной пломбы к тазовой кости, когда он имплантирован,при этом тазовая кость имеет внутреннюю надкостницу и наружную надкостницу с более твердой склеральной костью по сравнению со спонгиозной костью, размещенной между внутренней и наружной надкостницей, причем поддерживающие элементы медицинского устройства выполнены с возможностью нахождения в контакте по мен

Claims (20)

1. Медицинское устройство для имплантации в тазобедренный сустава, содержащее по меньшей мере одну искусственную поверхность тазобедренного сустава, причем тазобедренный сустав содержит вертлужную впадину, которая является частью тазовой кости, и головку бедренной кости, которая является частью бедренной кости, при этом медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью вставки через отверстие в тазовой кости с противоположной стороны вертлужной впадины с брюшной стороны тазовой кости,
причем медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью вставки в отверстие по меньшей мере одного из:
области брюшной полости,
области между брюшиной и тазовой костью,
области между тазовой костью и окружающей тканью,
тазовой области и
паховой области,
при этом медицинское устройство содержит:
протезную часть, которая служит по меньшей мере в качестве искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины, причем по меньшей мере одно из: протезной части и костной пломбы выполнено с возможностью размещения в отверстии в тазовой кости; и
поддерживающий элемент, соединенный по меньшей мере с одним из: протезной частью и костной пломбой, причем поддерживающий элемент выполнен с возможностью соединения с тазовой костью и возможностью передавать нагрузку от протезной части или костной пломбы к тазовой кости, когда он имплантирован,
при этом тазовая кость имеет внутреннюю надкостницу и наружную надкостницу с более твердой склеральной костью по сравнению со спонгиозной костью, размещенной между внутренней и наружной надкостницей, причем поддерживающие элементы медицинского устройства выполнены с возможностью нахождения в контакте по меньшей мере с одним из:
наружной стороной внутренней надкостницы;
наружной стороной наружной надкостницы;
внутренней надкостницей на ее внутренней части и
наружной надкостницей на ее внутренней части.
2. Медицинское устройство по п.1, имеющее наибольший диаметр, причем указанный наибольший является изменяемым во время операции для лечения остеоартрита тазобедренного сустава у человека, являющегося пациентом, путем создания по меньшей мере одной искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины тазобедренного сустава.
3. Медицинское устройство по п.2, выполненное с возможностью иметь конструкцию, обеспечивающую возможность указанного изменения наибольшего диаметра.
4. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.2-3, дополнительно содержащее по меньшей мере один вырез, обеспечивающий возможность указанного изменения наибольшего диаметра.
5. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.2-3, дополнительно содержащее по меньшей мере один эластичный элемент или эластичную часть, обеспечивающие возможность указанного изменения наибольшего диаметра.
6. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, содержащее по меньшей мере две части, причем указанные по меньшей мере две части выполнены с возможностью соединения друг с другом после введения в тазобедренный сустав человека, являющегося пациентом, для формирования функциональной искусственной поверхности тазобедренного сустава.
7. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, в котором указанная по меньшей мере одна искусственная поверхность тазобедренного сустава содержит по меньшей мере одно из: искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости; искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины и искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости с искусственной поверхностью вертлужной впадины.
8. Медицинское устройство по пп.1-3, в котором по меньшей мере одно из: указанной искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости и указанной искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины, имеющей протезную часть, содержит поддерживающие элементы, выполненные с возможностью соответствовать сечениям отверстия в тазовой кости для введения через указанное отверстие в тазовой кости с противоположной стороны вертлужной впадины у человека, являющегося пациентом.
9. Медицинское устройство по п.8, в котором протезная часть выполнена с возможностью поворота, так что поддерживающие элементы приходят в контакт с тазовой костью и могут нести нагрузку, приложенную к вертлужной впадине, когда протезная часть вставлена в указанное отверстие в тазовой кости.
10. Медицинское устройство по пп.1-3, 9, содержащее фиксирующую часть, выполненную с возможностью по меньшей мере частичного размещения в бедренной кости или тазовой кости для прикрепления искусственной поверхности тазобедренного сустава к указанной кости, причем указанное медицинское устройство содержит по меньшей мере две части, выполненные с возможностью соединения друг с другом на месте использования и таким образом формирования указанного медицинского устройства.
11. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором указанное отверстие имеет диаметр, причем соблюдается по меньшей мере одно из следующего:
наибольший диаметр указанной искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины больше, чем диаметр указанного отверстия; таким образом указанное медицинское устройство выполнено с возможностью предотвращения прохождения указанной искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины через указанное отверстие после размещения в функциональном тазобедренном суставе;
наибольший диаметр указанной искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости меньше, чем диаметр указанного отверстия; таким образом указанное медицинское устройство выполнено с обеспечением возможности прохождения указанной искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости через указанное отверстие; и
наибольший диаметр указанной искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины меньше, чем диаметр указанного отверстия; таким образом указанное медицинское устройство выполнено с обеспечением возможности прохождения указанной искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины через указанное отверстие.
12. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором:
указанная искусственная поверхность вертлужной впадины содержит по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент, причем:
указанный по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент выполнен с возможностью соединения с тазовой костью после введения через указанное отверстие в тазовой кости; и
указанный по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент дополнительно выполнен с возможностью нести нагрузку, приложенную к головке бедренной кости весом указанного человека, являющегося пациентом, путем соединения с тазовой костью после введения через указанное отверстие в тазовой кости.
13. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором указанный поддерживающий элемент содержит по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из группы, содержащей:
винты;
адгезив;
по меньшей мере одну пластину;
костный цемент и
секцию указанной искусственной вертлужной впадины.
14. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент расположен с брюшной стороны тазовой кости и таким образом непосредственно или косвенно несет указанную нагрузку.
15. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент размещен со стороны вертлужной впадины тазовой кости и таким образом непосредственно или косвенно несет указанную нагрузку.
16. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент соединен с краями отверстия в тазовой кости, причем указанная кость непосредственно или косвенно несет указанную нагрузку.
17. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.1-3, 9, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один поддерживающий элемент выполнен с возможностью прикрепления по меньшей мере к одному из: надкостнице указанной тазовой кости для несения указанной нагрузки и поверхности указанной тазовой кости для несения указанной нагрузки.
18. Медицинское устройство по п.7, в котором указанная по меньшей мере одна из искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости и искусственной поверхности вертлужной впадины содержит по меньшей мере две части поверхности, причем указанные по меньшей мере две искусственные части поверхности выполнены с возможностью соединения друг с другом после введения в тазобедренный сустав человека, являющегося пациентом, для формирования искусственной поверхности головки бедренной кости.
19. Медицинское устройство по п.7, в котором указанная искусственная поверхность головки бедренной кости содержит замену всей головки бедренной кости.
20. Медицинское устройство по любому из пп.7, 18, 19, содержащее материал, выполненный с возможностью использования указанным медицинским устройством, включая его размещение между указанным медицинским устройством и костью, который содержит по меньшей мере один материал, выбранный из группы, содержащей:
ПТФЭ;
перфторалкоксил (ПФА);
фторированный этиленпропилен (ФЭП);
металлический сплав;
кобальтохромовольфрамомолибденовый сплав;
титан или нержавеющую сталь;
полиэтилен;
полиэтилен с межмолекулярными связями;
стерилизованный газом полиэтилен;
керамический материал;
цирконий или диоксид-циркониевую керамику;
алюмооксидную керамику;
пористую микроструктуру или наноструктуру, способствующую врастанию человеческой кости в медицинское устройство для прикрепления медицинского устройства;
покрытие из гидроксиапатита (ХА);
грубое титановое покрытие с открытыми порами, которое может быть изготовлено путем воздушно-плазменного напыления;
комбинацию, содержащую грубое титановое покрытие с открытыми порами и верхний слой из гидроксиапатита;
самосмазывающийся материал, такой как восковой полимер, такой как ПТФЭ, ПФА, ФЭП, ПЭ и СВМПЭ;
материал из порошковый металлургии;
биологически совместимую смазку, такую как производные гиалуроновой кислоты;
комбинацию металлических материалов;
углеродные волокна;
