Способ калибровки системы газовой хроматографии - масс спектрометрии (ГХ-МС), оснащенной специальным ПО, для определения маркеров микроорганизмов в исследуемой пробе материала биологического происхождения, заключающийся в том, что проводят количественный и количественный хромато-масс-спектрометрический анализ исследуемого биологического материала на содержание жирных кислот и оксикислот, выделяют и производят идентификацию отдельного таксона микроорганизма по его (таксона) профильным и маркерным признакам, для чего определяют специфические ионы маркеров микроорганизмов методом масс-фрагментографии с последующим выявлением полного сообщества микроорганизмов (возбудителей, таксонов) в исследуемом материале биологического происхождения, используя метод внутреннего стандарта (шаблона) идентифицируют компоненты пробы по жирным кислотам и оксикислотам путем сравнения полученных данных со стандартной базой данных, и определяют их количественное содержание, отличающийся тем, что перед измерением серии рутинных клинических проб исследуемого материала собирают произвольную пробу фекалий, принимая ее в качестве эталонной смеси, на основе эталонной смеси строят хроматограмму, и по полученным качественным и количественным характеристикам сообщества микроорганизмов пробы данной эталонной смеси осуществляют определение пиков специфических ионов на шкале времен удержания для дальнейшего расчета состава сообщества микроорганизмов в последующей серии клинических проб по маркерам этих микроорганизмов, причем качественные и количественные характеристики сообщества микроорганизмов произвольной пробы фекалий принимают за необходимое и достаточное количество, характеризующее любой исследуемый материал биологического происхождения, а идентификацию специфического иона осуществляют на основании детектирования пиков хроматограммы маркеров из стандартной (тестовой) базы данных.1.
