Abstract

A method for assessing individual sensitivity to the effects of chemical, physical and psychological factors on the patient's brain by assessing the functional state of motor zone neurons using navigational transcranial magnetic stimulation of the brain (NBS), during which the parameters of the motor response are determined: latency and amplitude, comparison of these parameters after a single therapeutic effect and a full course of treatment and, with a reduction in latency time by 0.4 ms or more and / or an increase in amplitude by 0.5 mV or more, the factor is regarded as capable of affecting the functional state of motor neurons, and the therapeutic effect - as effective for the rehabilitation of this particular patient.
