Бактерия, принадлежащая к роду Escherichia, трансформированная плазмидой по п.1, - продуцент слитного белка, включающего тиоредоксин I E.coli и домен 4 инфестина Triatoma infestans.3. Бактерия по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что указанная бактерия относится к штамму E.coli BL21[DE3]/рET32a-Inf4.4. Слитный белок, включающий тиоредоксин I E.coli и домен 4 инфестина Triatoma infestans.5. Способ получения слитного белка, включающего тиоредоксин I E.coli и домен 4 инфестина Triatoma infestans, включающий культивирование бактерии по п.2 в питательной среде, разрушение бактериальных клеток и очистку слитного белка с использованием металлохелатной хроматографии и анионообменной хроматографии.6. Способ получения интактного домена 4 инфестина Triatoma infestans, включающий расщепление очищенного слитного белка по п.5 при помощи энтерокиназы и очистку интактного домена 4 инфестина Triatoma infestans при помощи металлохелатной хроматографии.1.
