Способ получения полимиксина В, продуцируемого спорообразующими бактериями Bacillus polymyxa путем очистки нативного раствора, получаемого после отделения биомассы от культуральной жидкости, с использованием неионогенных адсорбентов полистирольного типа с определенными поверхностными параметрами, с элюированием полимиксина B, осаждением полимиксина B основания с последующим переводом его в раствор полимиксина B сульфат с его последующей сушкой, отличающийся тем, что нативный раствор полимиксина B очищают с использованием макропористого сильнокислотного катионита, с последующей обработкой раствора полимиксина B сульфата перед сушкой ионообменной смолой.2.
