Abstract
1. Способ переработки никелевого штейна, включающий выщелачивание штейна сернокислым никелевым раствором при повышенном давлении и температуре с получением раствора сульфата никеля, очистку раствора сульфата никеля от примесей железа, меди и кобальта, электроэкстракцию очищенного раствора сульфата никеля с получением катодного никеля и сернокислого анолита, содержащего сульфат никеля и серную кислоту, экстракционную обработку анолита с образованием экстракта и рафината и реэкстракцию с регенерацией экстрагента, отличающийся тем, что экстракционной обработке подвергают анолит, образовавшийся непосредственно после электроэкстракции очищенного раствора сульфата никеля, в качестве экстрагента используют смесь третичных аминов и алифатических спиртов с извлечением в экстракт серной кислоты и получением сернокислого рафината, а реэкстракцию серной кислоты ведут водой, при этом сернокислый рафинат направляют на выщелачивание штейна.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что экстракционной обработке подвергают 40-90% анолита, при этом 10-60% анолита объединяют с рафинатом и направляют на выщелачивание штейна.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что экстракционная смесь, содержит 30-40% третичных аминов и 10-70% алифатических спиртов.4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве третичных аминов используют триизооктиламин, триоктиламин или триалкиламин.5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что в качестве алифатических спиртов используют изооктиловый, изодециловый, октиловый и/или дециловый спирты.6. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that 40-90% of the anolyte is subjected to extraction treatment, while 10-60% of the anolyte is combined with the raffinate and sent to the matte leaching. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the extraction mixture contains 30-40% tertiary amines and 10-70% aliphatic alcohols. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that triisooctylamine, trioctylamine or trialkylamine are used as tertiary amines.
