Abstract
1. Способ исследования вариабельности ритма сердца, включающий запись электрокардиограммы (ЭКГ) с последующим подсчетом продолжительности кардиоинтервалов, построением ритмограммы, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно определяют за все время наблюдения или за какие-то определенные промежутки в течение периода записи значения средней информационной энтропии бета-распределения (СЭ), разницу между максимальным и минимальным значениями информационной энтропии бета-распределения ((ВРЭ), среднеквадратическое отклонение информационной энтропии бета-распределения (СКОЭ) и коэффициент вариации информационной энтропии бета-распределения (КВЭ) путем вычисления информационной энтропии бета-распределения для последовательности выборок nзначений кардиоинтервалов ритмограммы по формуле:,где Г(x) - гамма функция, а- функция Эйлера,;;βи βкоэффициент асимметрии и показатель эксцесса равные,, где- выборочная несмещенная состоятельная оценка второго центрального статистического момента для выборки n значений ритмограммы x,- выборочная несмещенная состоятельная оценка третьего центрального статистического момента для выборки n значений ритмограммы x,- выборочная несмещенная состоятельная оценка четвертого центрального статистического момента для выборки n значений ритмограммы x, для которых- средние значение длительности кардиоинтнрвала x,а качественную оценку результатов исследования проводят путем сравнения вычисленных показателей информационной энтропии бета-распределения с их эталонными значениями, при этом любое отклонение значений СЭ, ВРЭ, СКОЭ, КВЭ от эталонных считают показателем наличия патологии веге1.
